Pawan Electricals & Civil Works was founded under the technical leadership of Mr. Amarnath, a retired Divisional Engineer (DE) from Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL).
With over four decades of experience in the power distribution and transformer installation sector, Mr. Amarnath brings deep technical knowledge, regulatory insight, and field experience that ensure every project meets DISCOM standards, safety protocols, and long-term reliability.
The company combines Mr. Amarnath’s engineering expertise with a young and dynamic team led by Mr. Pavan Karthik (MSc/MS), ensuring every project—from residential transformer setups to industrial installations—is handled with precision, professionalism, and efficiency.

Transformer Installation:
Complete solutions for installation, testing, and commissioning of distribution transformers (11KV/33KV), including plinth construction, earthing, and cable terminations — supervised by a retired DE with 40+ years of expertise in power infrastructure.
HT & LT Panel Works:
Fabrication and installation of High Tension and Low Tension panels, switchgear systems, and cable management — following TGSPDCL and CEIG standards.
